Parigo processes only the data needed to handle training enquiries, prepare proposals, organise courses and keep the website safe.

What data and why
Training enquiries and quotes
Name, company, email, phone, training type, number of participants, language, location, timing and message content are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up.
Training and administration
For customers, Parigo may process practical training details, attendance, evaluations, attestations, invoicing and correspondence data for contract performance and statutory administration.
Website and security
Technical logs such as IP address, timestamp, visited URL and user agent may be processed to keep the website safe and reliable.
Legal bases and recipients
The legal bases are pre-contractual steps or contract performance, legitimate interest for B2B enquiry handling and website security, and legal obligations for accounting/tax records. Data may be processed by hosting, form, email and IT providers, accounting/legal advisers and competent authorities when legally required. The current form uses an external form-forwarding service as a temporary launch solution; before advertising or larger campaigns, a dedicated backend or EU-friendly form solution is preferable.
Retention, rights and cookies
Non-customer enquiries are normally kept no longer than needed for follow-up, typically 6 to 12 months after the last contact; quotes/leads may be kept longer for commercial follow-up; customer, training and invoicing records are kept as long as contractually, administratively or legally required.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable via info@parigo.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. If Parigo later activates GA4, Google Ads or similar tracking, consent will be requested first and a cookie preference screen will be added.
